At The Baker & The Bottleman’s bakery in Wan Chai and the Landmark pop-up store, customers can indulge in new limited-time festive treats throughout December, including the Cranberry Chocolate Croissant (HK$45 – available from 1st Dec), a delightful combination of twice-baked chocolate croissant filled with cranberry frangipane and topped with sliced almonds, and Sour Cherry Custard Tart (HK$38 – available from 18th – 25th Dec), featuring a luscious sour cherry compote and whipped mascarpone. This tantalising treat is sold by the slice, perfect for a quick pick-me-up during the holiday rush.

RESTAURANT FESTIVE FARE
For those looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience with loved ones, The Baker & The Bottleman’s wine restaurant located above its bakery in Wan Chai, is set to offer a range of Christmas dishes and a thoughtfully curated 3-course set menu at HK$500 + 10% per guest from 20th – 25th December by Chef Ollie Eisenhardt.
Dive into the festive spirit with a delectable 3-course Christmas set menu, also available for a la carte. The culinary journey starts with Chicken Liver Parfait (HK$140), a sumptuous appetiser featuring silky chicken liver parfait, toasted homemade milk bread, crispy chicken skin crumble, and cherry chutney. The hearty main of Roasted Goose (HK$350) comes with caramelised celeriac cream and Devils on Horseback – dates soaked in a mix of alcohol, Earl Grey tea and herbs, which are wrapped in bacon and roasted in the oven. This is complemented by a rich chicken jus and side dish of slow-cooked goose legs with slices of potatoes and caramelised onions. The festive feast concludes with the decadent dessert of Chocolate Mousse (exclusive to set menu only), made with 70% chocolate, and which is complemented by crunchy caramelised hazelnuts, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and some Maldon salt.
THE BAKER & THE BOTTLEMAN X OR TEA? AT LANDMARK POP-UP
Throughout December, The Baker & The Bottleman’s pop-up location at Landmark in Central will present a special festive season collaboration with Or Tea?, a specialty tea company that is recognised for its premium organic teas and artfully designed packaging. For the festive season, new festive treats include the Rooibos Victorian Sponge (HK$30), a roasted vanilla bean sponge cake filled with rooibos cream and rose petal jam, made with the luxurious Or Tea? rooibos tea. The new Yin Yang (HK$35) is a brioche donut filled with yin yang tea whipped ganache, made with Or Tea?’s Yin Yang tea. A perfect accompaniment to festive indulgences, the Christmas Queen Berry Tea (HK$38) is a berry infusion with Christmas spice, topped with dehydrated berries.
Discover a selection of new tea varieties on offer at the pop-up, including African Affair (cocoa rooibos), Beeee Calm(chamomile), Duke’s Blues (Earl Grey), Merry Peppermint (liquorice & peppermint), and Tiffany’s Breakfast (English Breakfast). These exquisite teas are priced at HK$28 per cup, offering enthusiasts a chance to embark on an unforgettable tea-tasting journey.
The festive The Baker & The Bottleman x Or Tea? Christmas Cookie Gift Box (HK$220) is also available for online pre-ordering, exclusively for collection at the pop-up store. In the spirit of the season of gifting, this box contains 10 cookies, featuring 3 pieces of Or Tea? Yin Yang cookies, 3 pieces of Or Tea? gingerbread orange cookies, and 2 pieces of roasted vanilla bean cookies and 2 pieces of Valrhona chocolate cookies. Additionally, the box includes 1 Yin Yang tea bag and 1 gingerbread orange tea bag for a complete sensory experience.
