The eagerly anticipated pop-up store of Simon Rogan’s The Baker & The Bottleman has now soft-opened in Central, located at Shop 239 on the 2/F at LANDMARK. The pop-up store will officially open from mid-September onwards for a duration of six months, serving an exquisite selection of freshly baked treats daily to its valued customers in the Central area.
True to renowned British Chef-Founder Simon Rogan’s ethos, sustainability is at the very heart of The Baker & The Bottleman’s concept. Their bakers and chefs produce all the food from scratch in-house at the bakery located in Wan Chai, observing the seasons, and working with only the best local suppliers. Traditional artisanal techniques and flavors give a strong British heritage to each baked item.
To celebrate the grand opening, The Baker & The Bottleman is offering a limited quota of 50 complimentary coffees per day between 14th to 16th September from 12pm onwards. With each purchase of baked items, customers will be entitled to a cup of sustainable coffee, brewing from the best quality green beans supplied by the award-winning Oasis Coffee Roasters from Taiwan.
Oasis Coffee Roasters is at the forefront of promoting “new coffee culture” through direct trade and sustainable practices. They offer specialty coffee with unique flavors, showcasing transparency in their production process. With a strong commitment to energy efficiency, Oasis has been recognized with an award for carbon neutrality, solidifying their dedication to minimizing their environmental impact.
With a total of 16 types of daily pastries on offer, The Baker & The Bottleman has curated special crafted meal sets designed for the pop-up store. The Breakfast Pastry Set and The Breakfast Yoghurt Pot Set, are available from 8am to 11am and priced at HK$65 and HK$70 respectively. While the yoghurt set includes a regular-sized coffee and a pot of mixed berries yogurt, the pastry set includes a regular-sized coffee and a choice of delectable pastry from a selection of Plain Croissant (HK$28), Chocolate Croissant (HK$30), Cranberry & Dark Chocolate Scone (HK$25), Pork and Fermented Vegetable (Jar Choy) Croissant (HK$30), Plain Scone (HK$18), Sesame Sausage Roll (HK$25), Caramelised Onion Tart (HK$32), Monkey Bread (HK$30), Cinnamon Choux (HK$25), Matcha White Chocolate Cookie (HK$30), Rye Chocolate Brownie (HK$18). The Triple Valrhona Cookie (HK$55), Pistachio & Raspberry Bostock (HK$48), Almond Croissant ($40), Chocolate Cake ($25), Chocolate Rye Brownie ($18) are excluded from this set.

For lunchtime indulgence, The Baker & The Bottleman pop-up store presents 5 types of The Lunch Sandwich Set (from HK$95) or The Lunch Salad Set (from HK$95), that is to be served from 11am onwards. The lunch sets include a regular-sized coffee and the choice of a salad or sandwich. The all-new options of savory lunch dishes feature Greek Salad (HK$105), Tomato Quinoa Salad (HK$95), Egg Salad Croissant (HK$95), Chicken Salad Ciabatta (HK$95), and Ham & Cheese Toastie (HK$105), offering a variety of delectable choices for a satisfying midday meal.
This pop-up menu also offers a selection of espresso coffees, including double espresso (HK$38), macchiato (HK$42), americano (HK$42), cappuccino (HK$42), latte (HK$42), piccolo (HK$42), mocha (HK$48), chocolate (HK$48), iced americano (HK$42), iced latte (HK$42), iced mocha (HK$48), iced chocolate (HK$48), dirty (HK$45), and espresso shakerato (HK$50). There are also options to upgrade to a larger size (+HK$5 for 12oz) or change to oat milk (+HK$5), as well as add an extra shot (+HK$8).
Additionally, there are Poursteady selections which include Milton (HK$85) and Ninco Pink Bourbon (HK$60) coffees, each with different origins, processes, and flavors. The tea selection includes Plantation Breakfast (HK$30), Moroccan Mint (HK$30), West Lake Longjing (HK$42), and Red Jade Earl Grey (HK$45). Under specials, there is bottled cold brew coffee (HK$50), bottled cold brew red oolong (HK$50), and yuzu green tea (HK$50) available. Lastly, there is merchandise available including a Keepcup (HK$220), tote bag (HK$150), and different varieties of coffee beans.
Customers now have the convenience of pre-ordering their favorite treats from The Baker & The Bottleman’s exclusive online shop. By pre-ordering through the e-shop, patrons can enjoy HK$5 off per item (only for the lunch and breakfast sets).
