    Kiyoka, the Japanese-French pastry shop dreamed up by Kyoto-born chef pâtissière Asuka Matsubara, has unveiled an exclusive new collection of Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day specials. Newly located on the third floor of The Landmark, Kiyoka has made waves for its elegantly crafted confections rooted in classical French patisserie, whilst paying homage to its Japanese origins in both style and aesthetic.

    This Valentine’s Day, spoil your lover with Kiyoka’s new and innovative take on the chocolate lava tart. Infused with in-season premium dark cherries, the limited edition Dark Cherry Chocolate Lava Tart (HK$390 for 12cm / HK$520 for 15cm) makes for the sweetest romantic gesture with 67% Belgian dark chocolate, dark chocolate ganache, and Cointreau chocolate whipped cream. All products must be ordered with a 3 day advance notice period.
