This September, to kick-off the launch of its Flavours of Wan Chai pastry collection, The Baker & The Bottleman will collaborate with charming neighbourhood French bistro jean may, headed by Chef Patron Tiffany Lo to curate a limited edition choux buns available at The Baker & The Bottleman starting from 9th. – 30th September.
The light and fluffy hand-crafted choux buns come in two unique flavours:

Executive chef Oli’s buttery choux pastry is topped with a sweet, crunchy cookie crust and is filled with smooth and flavourful coffee cream made from green-label coffee beans, sustainably grown and harvested from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms in Columbia.
BLACKCURRANT RIPPLE by jean may HK$30 each
For her choux bun, chef Tiff Lo has swirled homemade blackcurrant jam into a classic crème pâtissière. For extra texture and depth of flavour, she has also added fresh blackcurrants to her creamy blackcurrant ripple filling.

Collaborating with Tiffany Lo, Chef Patron of jean may, The Baker & The Bottleman has chosen the choux bun to mark the launch of its Flavours of Wan Chai series. Priced at HK$120 each, the gift box set will contain two Coffee Choux Buns by Chef Oli Marlow of The Baker & The Bottleman, and two Blackcurrant Ripple Choux Buns by Chef Patron Tiffany Lo of jean may.
