From 6th to 12th June, over 30 restaurants and hotels from Hong Kong and Macau will be joining forces and serving sustainable seafood to support World Oceans Day.
Must-trys and exclusives include Cured Ocean Trout with Fennel & Dill from Margo, Patagonian Toothfish from Asaya Kitchen at Rosewood Hong Kong, Salmon with turnip, barbecued lettuce and scallop garum from Aulis, Poached seabass with asparagus, wild garlic and morel from Roganic Hong Kong and Malai Grouper Tikka from Chaat.
