    ABOUT TRATTORIA FELINO

Following Chef’s Marcello Scognamiglio’s roots and his experience around different countries, Trattoria Felino was born out of the desire of creating an informal, unassuming and affordable trattoria, specializing in Neapolitan and mediterranean flavours. It draws its inspiration from Naples and its surroundings, which emphasize the creativity, quality and versatility of the rich variety of simple, delicious ingredients of the area. Focusing on delivering a contemporary take on authentic recipes, from ‘crudi’ to homemade pasta, the food is ideal for sharing, and varying from seafood to meat plates, such as Ida’s meatballs, Marcello’s nonna recipe and one of the chef’s signature dishes in Hong Kong, the chicken cooked in a cast iron pan. All time classic cocktails served in a fun and buzzy atmosphere, going toe to toe with an exciting wine program, focusing on southern regions, without forgetting the Italian classics.
