Recognised for its rigorous methodology that consolidates reviews from hundreds of guides, critics, and customer ratings worldwide, La Liste shines a spotlight on excellence across diverse culinary disciplines through its ranked listings and annual awards. Notably, this marks the first time a Hong Kong establishment has won a La Liste Afternoon Tea award.

    Rosewood Hong Kong’s Executive Pastry Chef and currently Tatler Best 2025’s Pastry Chef of the Year, Jonathan Soukdeo attended the La Liste Pastry Garden Party in Paris on 16th June to receive his award in person, a moment of meaningful recognition in front of the global pastry chef community and his international peers including Pierre Hermé, Mathieu Carlin, Julien Alvarez, Jimmy Mornet, Jerome Chaucesse, Sébastien Serveau, Yann Brys and more.
