    10-11 May: The Baker & The Bottleman x Le Creuset Mother’s Day Skillet Cookie Workshop

    Immerse yourself in the art of cookie making with the Le Creuset Heart Skillet Cookie Workshop, led by The Baker & The Bottleman’s Head Baker, Helene Ng. Guests will have the opportunity to create the bakery’s signature Triple Valrhona Giant Cookie using the iconic Le Creuset Heart Skillet. Personalise your cookie with your favourite fillings, bake it to perfection, and enjoy the warm treat with a cup of coffee or tea.

    The workshop will be held over Mother’s Day weekend on Saturday, 10th May and Sunday, 11th May from 3:30pm to 5:00pm, priced at HK$1,880 for two guests. This delightful package is inclusive of a 16cm Le Creuset Heart Skillet, cookie baking workshop, the Triple Valrhona skillet cookie recipe, a choice of pastry, and coffee or tea per person.

    True to Simon Rogan’s ethos, sustainability is at the very heart of the concept – the bakers and chefs produce all the food from scratch in-house, observe the seasons and work with only the best local suppliers. The Baker & The Bottleman uses traditional artisanal techniques and flavours giving a strong British heritage to each baked item.

    The bakery and restaurant’s aim are to minimise any packaging and encourage reusable bags, and coffee cups and think about every unnecessary item that is not required. All packaging is at minimum recyclable or compostable, if not made from organic/recycled cotton. The Baker & The Bottleman also aims to source most of their ingredients from the best local and small-scale producers, as well as to avoid food waste at any cost by using seasonal produce that is grown or made locally by mindful farmers and artisans.
