Celebrating the rich flavours of autumn with a modern twist, this seasonal afternoon tea ensures an experience that is as visually captivating as it is delicious.

    Introducing the New Autumn Afternoon Tea Experience at The Butterfly Room

    Guests can enjoy a 5-course afternoon tea set, including a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies priced at HK$568 + 10% per guest, which includes a choice of one Mariage Freres tea or coffee. Elevate the experience with an optional tea pairing for an additional HK$150, or opt for a sparkling tea pairing at HK$230.

    Expect an afternoon filled with sumptuous treats, from elegant finger sandwiches served alongside caviar-topped Cauliflower Soup and beets tartlet with goat cheese and black truffle ganache, to the comforting aroma of freshly baked classic scones and Japanese pumpkin seed with homemade jams and clotted cream. The feast continues with pre-desserts and plated desserts, to a heavenly selection from the mignardise chocolate trolley, from which guests can choose their favourite sweet treats.

    Autumn highlights of the new menu include pre-desserts of Parfait with marble pear sorbet, chestnut cream, and wild berry jam, and Autumn Red “Calville”, featuring poached apple with vanilla foam crumble. Enjoy classic scones alongside seasonal pumpkin scones for a hearty taste of autumn season.

    The afternoon tea experience reaches its peak with a selection of plated desserts, starting with the vibrant Sunny Autumn with kiwi and mango passion pickles complemented by lime coconut mousse. Delight in the Vanilla Cinnamon Flan served with crispy croissant and Tahitian vanilla custard, and savour the timeless Black Forest with cherry jam and vanilla whipped cream. Don’t miss the decadent Hazelnut Mille Feuille with crispy puff pastry and hazelnut diplomate, and the luscious Banoffee Choux topped with dulce de leche Chantilly and banana jam for a perfect sweet finale.
