Throughout February, Holt’s Café will be offering a celebratory A Taste of Traditional Canton menu from 27 January to 9 February 2025. Guests can partake in the symbolic ritual of prosperity and good luck with the Chinese New Year Lo Hei (HKD208), a colourful dish featuring salmon, mixed vegetables, and plum dressing. The Treasure Seafood Soup (HKD280) embodies abundance and wealth, with its luxurious ingredients such as fish maw, abalone, sea cucumber, and conch.
