    <<7th May, 2025 – Hong Kong>> One MICHELIN-starred and newly One Diamond recognised The Legacy House celebrates the centuries-old Dragon Boat Festival (Tuen Ng Festival) with the launch of traditional rice dumplings crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Li Chi-Wai. Known today as zongzi, the unique pyramid-shaped dumplings play a symbolic role during the annual boat-racing festival due to legends tied to this delicious traditional delicacy, which Chef Li honours through his meticulous preparation process.

    Each dumpling is handcrafted using traditional techniques, wrapped in bamboo leaves, and slow-boiled to perfection, ensuring an authentic taste experience. Available from 21 – 31 May 2025, the beautifully crafted Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Set features two exceptional flavours:

    • Deluxe Savoury Rice Dumpling with Abalone and Jinhua Ham (450g): A harmonious blend of mung bean, white glutinous rice, succulent pork, premium abalone, earthy mushrooms, salted egg yolk, dried scallop, lotus seed, Jinhua ham, and chestnut, seasoned with a signature salted chicken sauce.
    • Premium Sweet Rice Dumpling with 24-Year-Aged Dried Tangerine Peel and Sweetened Red Bean Paste (300g): A delightful combination of white glutinous rice, aged dried tangerine peel, and sweetened red bean paste, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and citrusy zest.

    The Dragon Boat Festival Rice Dumpling Set is priced at HK$598. Early bird customers can enjoy a 5% discount on orders placed before 9 May 2025.
