<<4th August, 2025 – Hong Kong >> Moo-Lah by Born & Bredthe Korean dining venture in Hong Kong, is entering an exciting new phase under the full management and culinary direction of Born & Bred Korea. Originally launched in October 2024, the concept has now evolved into an extension of the Born & Bred philosophy — with a completely new menu and dishes developed by the Seoul-based team and a renewed focus on premium Hanwoo beef, crafted with over four decades of expertise.

Founded by Jung Sang Won, Born & Bred is one of Seoul’s most prestigious names in Hanwoo beef. With its roots in Majang-dong, Seoul’s historic meat district, Born & Bred has been perfecting the craft of Korean beef. Since its founding in 1978 as Korea’s first Hanwoo beef distribution company, the brand has become synonymous with unparalleled quality, heritage-driven techniques, and an unwavering dedication to the art of butchery.

Moo-Lah showcases over 40 years of Korean butchery expertise, working exclusively with premium 1++ Hanwoo beef — the highest grade in Korea’s meticulous beef ranking system. This prized delicacy is celebrated for its balanced marbling, rich flavor, and tender texture, offering the perfect middle ground between Japanese Wagyu and American beef. Only heifers aged 24 to 36 months are selected for their exceptional quality, taking center stage in Moo-Lah’s elevated, Korean-inspired menu.

100% New All-Day Menu: Seoul’s Richest Flavours, All Day Long
