<<21st July, 2025 – Hong Kong>> As Duddell’s undergoes a month-long renovation to refresh and reimagine its iconic space, the celebrated MICHELIN-starred restaurant continues to honour tradition with the launch of its 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival collection. Featuring lava custard mooncakes, limited-edition gift boxes, a new sparkling tea collaboration with Saicho, and a luxurious premium hamper, this year’s offerings are available for pre-order and pick-up during the temporary pause in dine-in service.

    2025 Mid-Autumn Collection Highlights

Duddell’s Signature Gift Box returns with six of its signature lava custard mooncakes, beloved for their delicate crusts and indulgent molten centres. Beautifully packaged in the brand’s signature design, the box is priced at HK$468. Early bird pricing is available until 31 August: HK$438 for 1–99 boxes, and HK$408 for orders of 100 boxes or more.

For something playful and festive, the Limited Edition LED Lantern Gift Box features eight lava custard mooncakes presented in a reusable lantern-style box that lights up — an elegant keepsake crafted with sustainability in mind, and the perfect seasonal gift. The box is available at HK$768, with a special early bird price of HK$728 for orders of 20 or more.

This year also marks a new collaboration with sparkling tea house Saicho, with the exclusive Duddell’s x Saicho Gift Box. This set includes six lava custard mooncakes paired with two 200ml bottles of Saicho’s newest Osmanthus Sparkling Tea — a cold-brewed, effervescent tea with notes of apricot, mountain cucumber, and custard apple. The box is priced at HK$528, or HK$498 during the early bird period.

For the ultimate indulgence, the Duddell’s Mid-Autumn Premium Gift Hamper is a curated selection of luxurious delicacies. It includes the signature mooncake gift box, braised South African abalone (5 heads) in Duddell’s secret abalone sauce, homemade walnut cookies, Duddell’s signature X.O. sauce, a bottle of R de Ruinart Champagne from Reims, and a 24-piece disc of 2018 Fuding White Tea from Fook Ming Tong. Priced at HK$2,188, the hamper is available at a special early bird rate of HK$1,988.

    A Sparkling Collaboration with Saicho

Duddell’s is proud to debut Saicho’s latest launch — Osmanthus Sparkling Tea — through an exclusive pairing menu that will be available from 1 September – 31 October 2025, as well as its limited-edition mooncake gift box.

Crafted in the misty heights of Xianyou County, this golden-hued tea begins with autumn-harvested Tie Guan Yin oolong layered with fresh osmanthus blossoms. Through a meticulous cold-brewing process, it reveals nuanced notes of sunlit apricot, crisp mountain cucumber, and the velvety sweetness of custard apple — a radiant match to Duddell’s indulgent lava custard mooncakes.
