Pulsating with electric energy and soul-soothing vibes, the unparalleled atmosphere at Cardinal Point takes the brunch experience to dazzling new heights. Available only Sundays and public holidays, the four-course “Sunday in Brooklyn” brunch extravaganza features free-flow packages and live DJ performances, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline and Victoria Harbour.

NEW HEAL DREAM BRUNCH OFFERING

Set off on a flavour-packed journey with the newly launched “HEAL DREAM BRUNCH”, which starts at just HK$500+10% service charge per guest. The adventure kicks off with a homemade Mezze Platter, the ultimate mix of guacamole, tzatziki, hummus, nachos, chips, and focaccia. Choose 1 from a selection of 8 starters, including Tuna Tataki with tomato, ponzu and seaweed, Caesar Salad with romaine hearts, baby gem lettuce, anchovies, garlic croutons and aged Parmesan, Huevos Rotos con Jamon, Spanish-style broken eggs with hand-cut potatoes, Crab Cake Eggs Benedict among other delights.

For the main event, select 1 from a total of 11 options such as Chicken Parma, a hand-breaded chicken breast with buffalo mozzarella, house marinara, basil and house salad, a decadent Wagyu Burger (+HK$120) with bacon, cheddar, red onion, lettuce, tomato and hand-cut French fries, and 4 types of pizzas such as Pepperoni with mozzarella and house marinara, and The Antinori with chipolata sausage, mozzarella, arugula, and aged Parmesan.

For those feeling extra indulgent, savor the Sunday Roast options that includes a 12 hours slow-cooked Traditional Suckling Pig (+HK$180) or slow-roasted 21 Days Aged Prime Rib (+HK$220), both served with buttery vegetables.

Sweeten the deal with a dessert finale, and choose 1 dessert from a tempting selection of Tiramisu Lava with coffee, Frangelico and mascarpone lava cream, Basque Cheesecake Brulée with berries coulis, Five-Layer Chocolate Cake with Armagnac cream, and Banoffee Split with homemade vanilla ice cream, caramelised banana, caramel, and whipped cream.

Elevate the brunch experience even further with a 2.5 hour free-flow package. Slip into the Cocktails by John Nugent (HK$380) experience and enjoy unlimited Espresso Martini, Pandan Highball and Aperol Spritz, or go for the Bubbles & Wine (HK$680) package with endless pours of Maison Mumm RSRV Cuvee 4.5 NV, Minuty M Rosé 2022, Domaine Des Malandes Chablis 2022, and Francois Thienpont Causse Rouge 2018, in addition to above mentioned cocktails.
