    Begin the journey with a tantalising combination of Tuna and Green Asparagus dressed in karashi sumiso, followed by the luxurious Teppan-grilled Foie Gras. Delight your taste buds with the flavourful Langoustine Wrapped in Kadaif and savour the tender Abalone slow-cooked in carta fata. The highlight of the evening showcases two distinct preparation of premium wagyu – the Wao, thinly sliced, and Josper Grilled Ozaki Beef. Complementing the meal is a comforting Hamaguri Clay Pot Rice, culminating in a sweet finale of refreshing Strawberry Soup with a decadent serving of vanilla ice cream.
