[19^th March 2025 – Hong Kong] Launching on the 2^nd floor of Central’s LANDMARK (Shop 222B) from 18^th March for a six-month pop-up, BASEHALL TO GO emerges as the ultimate solution for convenient dining in a time-conscious city. Operating weekdays from 11:30am to 7pm, this innovative grab-and-go pop-up offers a curated selection of delectable Asian and Western food and drink items from BaseHall 01 and BaseHall 02, promising efficiency and variety for busy office workers and individuals seeking a quick, hearty meal.

Among the vendors participating at BASEHALL TO GO are BaseHall 01’s Bengal Brothers, serving up Indian street food delights such as the Chicken Tikka Roll (HK$108), while Thai Grill brings the fiery flavours of northern Thai cuisine with Minced Meat and Basil Rice with Egg (HK$88). benko by nüte offers nourishing dishes inspired by Japanese flavours like OG Yuzu Pepper Chicken Rice (HK$88), and Crew, a specialty local coffee shop, will quench your thirst with refreshing drinks such as Cold Brew French Earl Grey Tea (HK$55) and Cold Brew Passionfruit Oolong Tea (HK$55).

Additionally, from BaseHall 02, beloved sourdough bakery Cuít Épicerie will present signature baked items including Sourdough Banana Bread (HK$49) and Pecan Oatmeal Cookie (HK$35) alongside hearty soups and juices, Hancham Korean BBQ will offer homestyle Korean dishes such as Beef Bibimbap (HK$118), CCT by Shop B will bring its modern cha chan teng classic Baked Spaghetti Bolognese (HK$88), and MICHELIN recommended Twins Liangpi Limited will serve their award-winning Sichuan spicy cold skin noodles, Twins Signature Cold Steamed Noodles (HK$40) along with sides. Completing the lineup is MICHELIN Bib Gourmand Award Winner, Yuan is Here with traditional Taiwanese Intestine Vermicelli (HK$70), a street food classic.
