(7th August, 2026 – Hong Kong) — Following the highly anticipated opening of Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Box Café located at the House’s Lee Gardens store, the celebrated dining destination now introduces its new Sunday Brunch, launching on 9th August, 2026.
Available every Sunday and priced at HK$658 + 10% per guest, the new Sunday brunch presents an entirely fresh culinary experience conceived by Chef Agustin Balbi and the Blue Box Café team. The menu features all-new dishes with the exception of the café’s much-loved Club Sandwich. It brings together luxurious seafood, refined comfort dishes and elegant desserts in a Sunday Brunch experience inspired by Tiffany & Co.’s signature spirit of celebration.
The brunch begins with a basket of freshly baked breads and croissants, followed by a classic Seafood Tower showcasing oysters with salsa fresca, king crab legs served with hollandaise sauce, crab salad with XO mayonnaise, seafood salad with sea urchin and deep-fried scallops finished with truffle. A trio of accompanying sauces, including seaweed hollandaise, chilli salsa and yuzu vinaigrette, allows guests to tailor each bite to their own taste.
Guests may select one main course from four distinctive new creations. Highlights include roasted chicken with mushrooms and rice casserole, fresh homemade egg tagliolini with crab and marinated lemon, luxurious Beef Rossini served with truffle and crispy potatoes (at an additional supplement of HK$280), alongside the signature Club Sandwich with smoked paprika fries.
Dessert concludes the experience with a choice of five contemporary creations, including Raspberry Vanilla Butter Sable Tart, Earl Grey Bergamot, Raspberry Yuzu Cake, New York Cheesecake and Tiramisu Sphere.
To complete the experience, elevate your brunch experience with a versatile menu of beverage options tailored to every palate. Guests seeking non-alcoholic refreshers can enjoy the Mocktail Sparkling Tea selection, featuring a savory Virgin Mary ($48) or a fragrant White Peach Bergamot Earl Grey ($58). For classic morning spirits, the Champagne + Cocktail tier offers cocktail favorites like the Bloody Mary and Garibaldi ($68), alongside champagne by the glass offerings including N. V. Champagne Drappier ($150) and Ruinart Blanc De Blanc ($200). Guests looking for a curated experience can complement their meal with a course-by-course Wine Pairing option, available as a standard pairing ($280) or an upgraded Premium Wine Pairing ($480), both providing one glass perfectly matched to each course (total of three glasses of wine pairing).
Designed as a leisurely weekend occasion, the Sunday Brunch reflects Chef Agustin Balbi’s ingredient-focused approach while embracing the elegance and craftsmanship synonymous with Tiffany & Co. Served within the iconic Tiffany Blue® surroundings overlooking bustling Causeway Bay, the experience offers guests a fresh way to gather over exceptional food in one of Hong Kong’s most distinctive dining destinations.
Reservations are now open for all-day dining, lunch, Sunday brunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
