[27th October, 2025 – Hong Kong] LOUISE, the One MICHELIN-starred French restaurant set within a two-storey heritage house at PMQ, is delighted to unveil its refreshed weekend lunch menu, now served across both the verdant La Terrace by Louise and the elegant upstairs main dining room. Designed for convivial gatherings, the menu combines French comfort with refined technique, balancing seasonal highlights with beloved Louise signatures.
In addition, Louise introduces an exclusive Thanksgiving offering – limited-time Thanksgiving Gift Boxes available from 21-30 November, perfect for celebrating the holiday at home with family and friends.
A WEEKEND LUNCH FEAST DESIGNED FOR SHARING
Priced at HK$688 + 10% service charge per guest, Louise’s weekend lunch begins with a generous spread of appetisers to share for the first course (Pleasures of Sharing). Guests can enjoy seasonal “La Lune” oysters, the house-favourite classic Foie Gras Terrine with port wine jelly and brioche, refreshing Kagoshima Hamachi Crudo with green meat radish and yuzu kosho
For the second course (Luxury of Choices), this season also introduces indulgent additions: the Spicy Sausage Sando (+ HK$48) layered with Saint-Nectaire cheese from Xavier Fromagerie and Louise’s homemade sausage made with pork shoulder, loin and belly; the rich and elegant soft-boiled Japanese Oita Egg, a soft boiled egg with vin jaune espuma, crispy bacon, garlic croutons, confit onions with perigueux sauce and black truffle; and Homemade Cavatelli (+ HK$88) with Sicilian red prawn tartare and lobster bisque, celebrating the depth of Mediterranean flavours.
For the third course (Feels like Home) guests may choose from comforting classics and new seasonal dishes. Options include the signature Roasted Yellow Chicken with Niigata Rice, a succulent Australian Black Angus Ribeye with kampot pepper sauce (supplement +HK$148 per person), and the new Line-Caught Fish Meuniere served with croutons, cabbage and Japanese kabu turnip.
The experience concludes with Sweet Memories – a trio of French desserts crafted by new Head Pastry Chef Eve Minialai, such as the ethereal Île Flottante topped with pistachio, hazelnut, and Vanilla Ice-Cream; the newly introduced Amalfi Lemon Givre with basil granite, citrus cremeux and meringue; and also another newly introduce the decadent Warm Chocolate Tart Souffle served with cocoa nibs ice cream and fleur de sel. A FREE-FLOW DRINKS PACKAGE FOR EVERY MOOD
Louise elevates the weekend ritual with two-hour free-flow options. Guests may choose the Timeless Package (HK$488 + 10%), featuring Crémant de Loire, sommelier’s weekly wine selection, and classic cocktails including Espresso Martini, Negroni, and Spritz. For a more indulgent experience, the Fancy Package (HK$668 +10%) includes Billecart-Salmon Réserve Brut Champagne, premium spirits, and an extended cocktail menu with brunch favourites like the Margarita and Bloody Mary.
Weekend brunch is served every Saturday – Sunday from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Whether on the sun-dappled terrace or in the refined upstairs dining room, Louise’s brunch captures the warmth of French dining – elegant yet familiar, seasonal yet timeless.
