Drawing inspiration from Japanese flavours with a modern twist, this seasonal afternoon tea ensures an experience that is as visually captivating as it is delicious.

    Introducing the New Summer Afternoon Tea at The Butterfly Room

    Guests can enjoy a delightful selection of sweet and savory delicacies priced at HK$568 per guest, which includes a choice of one Mariage Freres tea or coffee. For a truly indulgent experience, an optional tea pairing is available for an additional HK$150, or opt for a sparkling tea pairing for HK$230.

    Expect an afternoon filled with sumptuous treats, from finger sandwiches served alongside a mini soup and freshly baked classic scones with homemade jams and clotted cream, to pre-desserts, plated desserts, and a tableside dessert trolley offering guest-selected treats like Truffle Chocolate, Palmier, and Marble Madeleine. Indulge in pre-desserts featuring Japanese honeydew melon with savoury miso ice cream in a unique parfait, followed by creamy pandan cremeux atop comforting young coconut koji rice pudding.

    The experience continues with a procession of plated desserts inspired by Japanese ingredients and craftsmanship.
