    <<23rd June 2022 – Hong Kong>> Led by seasoned French sommelier Romain Loriot, ThinkWine introduces a brand-new experience of wine and food pairings to the heart of SoHo in Hong Kong.

    Stocking close to 600 different wines, the extensive “Chateau-to-Table” wine menu at ThinkWine showcases a rare diversity of wine terroir, appellations and vintages rarely found in Hong Kong. ThinkWine takes great pride in its collection from the Burgundy, Rhone Valley and Loire Valley regions of France. Recently, ThinkWine has expanded its library with additions from Barolo and Barbaresco from the years between 1970 – 2008, known as the “King and Queen” of Italian wine and historically, the most significant wine regions of Italy that produce wines made from Nebbiolo grapes. ThinkWine also invites guests to taste and experience wines from countries such as Australia, Italy, Spain and Germany; as well as from less-represented countries such as Lebanon, Morocco, South Africa, China, and more.

    With the COVID-19 situation in Hong Kong improving day by day, ThinkWine is pleased to announce new happenings starting this June 2022 onwards.

    NEW THINKWINE BUFFET TUESDAYS

    Starting from 14th June 2022 and on every Tuesday after, ThinkWine introduces an all-you-can-enjoy ThinkWine Buffet serving every Tuesday from 6pm. Priced at HK$248 per person, the promotion will include unlimited serves of two types of cheese, three types of cold cuts, green salad, homemade pickles, terrine, pate en croute, smoked salmon, and anchovies. Wash it all down with complementing glasses of house wine, and savour in the best new happy hour in town.

    NEW RESTAURANT TAKEOVER WEDNESDAYS

    This year despite the 5th wave of pandemic, ThinkWine launched a successful series of pop-ups by Hong Kong’s very popular restaurants such as 11 Westside, AwaAwa, Censu and more, where chefs showcased takeover-exclusive snacks to pair with ThinkWine’s exceptional selection of wines for one night at a time.  Each restaurant will pop up at ThinkWine from 6pm-10pm, serving 5-6 special snacks (ranging from HK$60 – HK$150 per snack) and a combo set to pair with ThinkWine’s specially curated selection of wines. The upcoming takeover schedule is as below:

    • 6th July 2022 – Percy’s
    • 26th July 2022 – Rollie
    • 24th August 2022 – ZOKU
    • 5th October 2022 – Chicano

    The restaurant takeover series offer guests a fun new way to kick back and relax in a lively ambience, with the chance to socialise with fellow food and wine lovers.

    NEW OYSTER THURSDAY NIGHTS
    Slurp your way through Oyster Thursdays at ThinkWine, starting from now. Every Thursday from 6pm onwards, kick back after a long day at work and enjoy jet-fresh oysters for only HK$128 per six pieces. Be sure to ask one of ThinkWine’s knowledgeable sommeliers for a thoughtful wine pairing recommendation.

    NEW BRUNCH TAKEOVER SATURDAYS

    Starting from 25th June 2022, ThinkWine will host a series of brunch pop-ups by guest chefs and restaurants every Saturday only from 12pm-3pm. Kicking off the brunch takeover series will be Spanish chiringuitos tapas bar and restaurant, La Paloma on Saturdays from 25th June – 30th July 2022.

    Led by La Paloma Executive Chef Alex Fargas, the pop-up brunch at ThinkWine will feature delectable bites inspired by Spain’s bustling beachside chiringuitos, which typically serve drinks and tapas to lively diners. The price of HK$298 is inclusive of a valued combination of Serrano Ham & Tomato Bread (HK$158),Potato & Onion Omelet (HK$58), Iberico Ham Croquettes (HK$48), Tomato Salad, Olives & Pickled Onion (HK$68), Spanish Seafood Paella (HK$198), and Basque Burnt Cheesecake (HK$48). Depending on the guest’s preferences, dishes may also be ordered individually as a la carte.
