    <<7th August 2020 – Hong Kong>> Singapore and Jakarta’s best-loved burger brand, Three Buns Burgers & Cocktails returns to Potato Head Hong Kong for its second pop-up edition in the city. Kicking off on 6th August for dine-in and takeaways, the pop-up will feature popular signature gourmet burgers, sides, and a hit list of tropical cocktails inspired by Bali. With lockdown restrictions still in place past 6pm, the full Three Buns Burgers & Cocktails menu will be exclusively available to order for all-day delivery via JIA Everywhere (jiacatering.com/three-buns-delivery).

    Striking a perfect balance between the finest quality ingredients and mouth-watering homemade sauces, Three Buns’ juicy prime burgers can now be taken away or delivered directly to your home or office.

    Signature burgers include BABY HUEY (HK$100) with 150g Stanbroke Angus beef patty, ketchup, cheese, pickles and spiced mayo in a toasted demi brioche bun; SMOKIN’ B-BOY (HK$138) with 150g Stanbroke Angus beef patty, smoked Applewood cheddar, Dingley Dell beer and treacle streaky bacon, BBQ ketchup, smoky mayo, and bawang goreng in a toasted demi brioche; and plant-based delights include IMPOSSIBLE CHEDDA (HK$148) with Impossible meat patty, double ketchup, cheese, onion puree, cucumber and jalapeno pickle in toasted demi brioche bun; and the spicy OMNI HUSTLE GONG PAO (HK$98) with seared omni-meat patty, gong bao katsup, ginger soya milk mayo, crushed cashew, inferno sauce, and scallions in toasted demi brioche bun.

    Enjoy with sides of HOUSE FRIES (HK$30) double cooked and seasoned with crushed herb kosher salt; and SMOKEY FRIES (HK$45) double cooked and dusted with hot smoked paprika and smoky dip.

    House-crafted bottled cocktail selections inspired by Bali are priced at HK$80 per drink, including TROPICS OLD FASHIONED with coconut fat-washed bourbon, roast pineapple skin syrup, and turmeric bitters; INDO-BLOODY MARY with Balinese long pepper infused Absolut vodka, tomato, beetroot and carrot juice, red pepper, citrus and salt; MAI TAI with Potato Head spiced rum, pineapple, almond, orange husk curacao, Smith & Cross Navy Strength rum, and lime; and BOULEVARDIER with Evan William bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth, among other delicious mixes.
