<<9th December 2019 – Hong Kong>> Led by French sommeliers Romain Loriot and Jean-Benoit Issele, ThinkWine has introduced a brand new experience of wine and food pairings to the heart of Hong Kong. Now in its 3rd month of opening in LL Tower on 2 Shelley Street, SoHo, ThinkWine introduces a fun wine-focused take on brunch, “ThinkBrunch”, serving only on Sundays from noon – late.
The 3-course ThinkBrunch menu begins at HK$290 + 10% service charge per guest, with the option of adding a 2-hour free-flow wine package (valid until 5pm) for an extra HK$290+10%, and HK$130 for an extra hour.
What is ThinkBrunch?
At ThinkWine, guests will discover a wine-friendly selection of gourmet bites by artisanal producers such as Royal Caviar Club, Alexandre Polmard, Pata Negra House, The Cheese House and Sweet Fashion House. Brunch begins with a delectable French Platter, a grazing plate of fine aged cheeses from France along with slices of acorn-fed 100% Spanish Iberico ham from Pata Negra House. For an additional HK$60, change the order to a selection of jet-fresh Fine de Claire No. 3 oysters cultured on the French Atlantic coast.
The main course is a mouthwatering choice between Mediterranean Quiche, a fresh-baked egg tart with dried tomato, olives and feta cheese, or for an additional HK$90, the Dragon Dog hot dog with chunks of juicy lobster, black truffle, and red wine mustard. The dessert course is a treat by French Patissier Gaël Majchrzak of Sweet Fashion House, featuring the rich Chocolate Tart and zesty Lemon Tart.
The free-flowing wine is a specially-selected Cremant de Bourgogne Marcelle Lochardet Blanc de Blancs 2017, whose young and bright notes with a hint of sweetness pairs wonderfully with the menu of premium food products.
