Lead by Chef de Cuisine Chetan Kohli and Bar Manager Hungie Fong, the establishment creates dishes that reflect flavors of traditional British cuisine mixed with colonial influence. As the culinary mastermind behind the dishes that portray a beautiful union between colonial flavors and traditional British tastes, Chef Chetan constantly indulges guests with new creations.

    His latest treat is a new all-you-can-eat Weekend Brunch packed with colonial inspired delights. Priced at HK$288 + 10%, The Envoy’s new brunch experience is unlike any other. Kick start your meal with a variety of all-you-can-eat small plates options like the Butter Chicken Lollipop, Spicy Sambal Popcorn Shrimps, Slow-Cooked Pork Belly Bao and Auntie’s Netted Spring Rolls. For guests who crave some greens, The Envoy has prepared options like Sir Pottinger’s Squid Salad, the “Nine Vegetables” Ragout and the Numbing Vegetables. Served every weekend and on public holidays from 12 till 4pm, guests will be indulged with mouthwatering dishes that boast vibrant flavors. As part of the brunch menu, guests can select one of the restaurant’s big plate choices. A particular dish that will have everyone wanting more is the Beef Rendang Cannelloni with a lightly spiced rendang sauce and buffalo mozzarella. The New School Fish & Chips with two types of fish fillets and an irresistible curried tartar sauce is another delectable dish. For fans of a good old roast, The Classic Weekend Roast is as authentically British as it gets.

    For an additional HK$228, guests can upgrade their brunch experience with free-flow wine and champagne. On the menu are options such as the Invivo Sauvignon Blanc, Farnese Fantini Montepulciano D.O.C. and Perrier Jouët Grand Brut champagne. For a caffeine boost, order The Envoy’s Pandan Latte (HK$38) as a conclusion to a fantastic feast.
