Empire State features the first-ever “sushi donut” fashioned with crispy rice, salmon, tuna, scallop, ikura, avocado and soft-poached egg with a supplemental option of fresh uni for +HK$100. Those craving pancakes can opt for Kugeso, a stack of mochi pancakes with maple syrup, and a choice of seasonal berries or Canadian bacon. Quixote upgrades the traditional fried rice with wagyu, sofrito sauce, caramelised onion soy and house-made kimchi. For a quintessential Silencio experience, go for the famous signature Wagyu Sando (supplement HK$180) created with buttery Miyazaki A4 wagyu tenderloin, Hokkaido milk bread, kewpie mayonnaise and katsu sauce. Uni Bomb (supplement HK$260) was designed with the uni lover in mind, a twist on the sushi donut that features a wreath of Hokkaido and North Korean uni. The decadent Jazzakaya Brunch experience concludes with an assorted platter of Silencio’s signature desserts.
Silencio recreates the ambience of Japan’s much-loved drinking dens, uplifted with quirky modern art pieces by Tomoo Gokita, an impressive line-up of live jazz and a menu of reimagined izakaya favourites. The full Jazzakaya Weekend Brunch menu is as below:

About Le Comptoir
Le Comptoir was founded in early 2013 with the goal of redefining what a fine dining experience can be. The name takes inspiration from the vibrant, convivial bar counter found in most French bistros and brasseries, where friends meet up to enjoy the good life. True to its motto ‘fine dining redefined’, Le Comptoir is transforming Hong Kong’s already dynamic F&B scene one restaurant at a time. With each completely original concept, the team at Le Comptoir places great importance in the power of dynamic, art-centric interior design to create a unique vibe within each venue. Uncompromising in their vision, each Le Comptoir property is a feast for the senses, an ode to spectacular design and beautiful art, and takes a no-detail-spared approach in creating memorable experiences for diners at every turn.
The art of fine hospitality is at the core of every restaurant by Le Comptoir. By employing Michelin and 5-Star hotel standards throughout, each venue takes pride in providing exquisite cuisine and faultless service to diners, no matter the setting.
This dedication to fine hospitality runs true in every Le Comptoir property, from the acclaimed and art-centric modern French restaurant Bibo, to Hong Kong’s only contemporary izakaya featuring live jazz music, Silencio, and traditional omakase experience at Umi.
