    <<19th March 2020 – Hong Kong>> Roganic Hong Kong, acclaimed British chef Simon Rogan’s urban farm-to-table concept, has been awarded the title of “Best Service” by South China Morning Post’s 100 Top Tables 2020. The annually published guide to the best restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau provides valuable tips on choosing where to dine out from a variety of cuisines, including Cantonese, French, Italian, Japanese and more.

    With an award-winning service team led by General Manager Sean Oakford, Roganic Hong Kong has won multiple accolades since opening its doors in early 2019. Awards include Best New Restaurant 2019 by Lifestyle Asia, Best Service 2020 by Tatler Dining Hong Kong, and one Michelin star by MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2020, among other notable recognitions.

    Sean Oakford has been a part of Simon Rogan’s hospitality team since 2015, starting as Head Waiter at two-starred L’Enclume in England’s Lake District. In 2019, he was given with the monumental task of overseeing the successful launch of Rogan’s first restaurant ventures in Hong Kong. From day one, Sean has demonstrated an impeccable ability to ensure the best quality experience for discerning guests, while managing day-to-day operations efficiently. His natural flair for understanding guest needs coupled with a comedic sense of humour, leave a warm and indelible mark on every dining experience at Roganic Hong Kong.

    About Roganic Hong Kong:

    Roganic first opened in 2011 in Marylebone as a two-year pop-up, a sister restaurant to L’Enclume. Five years later, Roganic returned to London, bringing elements of L’Enclume, Simon Rogan’s two Michelin star restaurant in the Lake District. The team is comprised of the original Roganic line up, amongst other past and present employees of UMBEL Restaurant Group. Roganic runs alongside Aulis London, a development kitchen and eight-seat chef’s table which opened in Soho on 14th October 2017. Now, Roganic Hong Kong will continue on its success in London and have opened alongside AULIS Hong Kong since mid-February, 2019.
