    <<20th July 2020 – Hong Kong>> In response to the government’s newly implemented restaurant regulations, Simon Rogan’s one-Michelin-starred Roganic Hong Kong and development kitchen Aulis Hong Kong have announced new opening hours, new menus and a new “Simon Rogan at home delivery experience.

     

    INTRODUCING SIMON ROGAN AT HOME

    The latest delivery initiative by British chef-owner Simon Rogan, “Simon Rogan at home”, named the UK’s best-value Michelin-starred takeaway meal, will officially launch in Hong Kong on Friday, 17th July 2020. Online orders via the booking platform www.simonroganathome.com can be placed with a 24h notice. Delivery is available within Hong Kong island for a minimum of 2 people, and guests may enjoy free delivery between 17th-24th July upon subscription to Simon Rogan at home’s newsletter at https://confirmsubscription.com/h/j/A453047FB5C4300F. Alternatively, guests can also pre-order and take away meals through self pick-up at the restaurant on Monday-Sunday from 3:30pm-6:00pm

    Simon Rogan at home’s debut menu features three delectable courses including soda bread with whipped brown butter. The meal arrives with re-heating instruction cards and video for the best possible Simon Rogan restaurant experience at home. The full menu is as below:

    AULIS HONG KONG

    Starting Friday, 17th July, Aulis Hong Kong will run two lunch sessions daily between Wednesday-Sunday either at 12:30 pm or 3:30 pm for HK$880+10% per guest. The valued lunch menu will feature Simon Rogan signature classics such as the famous truffle pudding, Rogan’s own Petrossian caviar with sea urchin custard, and fluffy pine doughnuts to conclude.     For any order of a tasting menu after 2:30pm at Roganic Hong Kong, each guest can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and take away soda breads. The lunch tasting menu features new seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Oli Marlow such as buttermilk waffle / whipped parfait / cranberry and hazelnut, and three yellow chicken / sweetcorn garlic / chilli.     About Aulis Hong Kong

    Aulis provides a truly unique ‘behind the scenes’ experience of the fine dining institutions, L’Enclume and Roganic.     Aulis Hong Kong is Simon’s first overseas stand-alone dining destination in Asia with just 12 seats, acting as the creative hub for his Hong Kong team of chefs and offering diners the opportunity to immerse themselves in Rogan’s culinary vision first hand and be challenged to taste original and innovative dishes.

    About Roganic Hong Kong:

    Roganic first opened in 2011 in Marylebone as a two-year pop-up, a sister restaurant to L’Enclume. Five years later, Roganic returned to London, bringing elements of L’Enclume, Simon Rogan’s two Michelin star restaurant in the Lake District. The team is comprised of the original Roganic line up, amongst other past and present employees of UMBEL Restaurant Group.
