<<27th April, 2017- Hong Kong>> The French way of celebrating life with bubbles and indulgent bites is taken to the next level with Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Hours. Having successfully introduced the concept to local champagne lovers and foodies through the first quarter’s ‘Pop Clicquot’ series, Veuve Clicquot will once again take Hong Kong by storm with an exciting new approach of harnessing the joy of Happy Hour. This May (co-incidentally also celebrating Le French May), Veuve Clicquot will have guests on the edge of their seats with an unparalleled experience that combines bold and unique flavors with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label.
From 1 May – 30 July, embark on an adventurous journey as 25 partnering chefs transform their creative genius into exquisite dishes in audacious new ways. Inspired by the concept of designer “Fries”, the chefs have crafted dishes that will tickle your palate with bold, uncommon and exciting flavor combinations.
From the indulgent Triple cooked Fries with beer vinegar and sea salt (HK$198) by Porterhouse to Zuma’s Japanese Vegetable tempura fries with truffle Mayonnaise (HK$155), guests are ensured a delightful experience from beginning to end. With two more sensational quarterly themes to go, expect the unexpected with Veuve Clicquot and stay tuned for more to come.
The best Happy Hour experiences are shared, so leave a lasting memory and say it loud and proud on social media with the hashtag #YellowHour.
