Get ready for a scrumptious meal with steaks divinely prepared by Executive Chef Chris Grare and flavorful brews handpicked by the restaurant’s Food and Beverage Specialist, Chester Grucza. Support your team of choice with amazing pairings that represent five of the tournament’s biggest and baddest contenders.
Team USA – The 10oz Char Grilled Rib Eye (HK$395) with seasonal vegetables and signature steak sauce perfectly embodies the American spirit. Paired with Founders All Day IPA, this sensational combination hits the spot.
Team Japan – For a taste of Asian flavors, sample the 8oz A4 Wagyu Sirloin(HK$725) with roasted maitake mushrooms and teriyaki jus. Representing the Japanese heritage, the Hitachino Nest White Ale brings out the best in the Wagyu sirloin’s flavors and leaves diners wanting more.
Team New Zealand – Proudly representing the almighty New Zealand All Blacks team is the restaurant’s Slow Cooked Beef Cheek (HK$325) with smoked cauliflower puree and red wine jus. Paired with one of the country’s most celebrated brews, the Yeastie Boys Pot Kettle Black is mind-blowingly delicious.
