    <<10th March, 2017 – Hong Kong>> When deciding on where to eat out in Hong Kong, chances are, Thai will top your list of food cravings on any given day. Healthy, diverse and delicious in its myriad offerings, the exotic flavours of Thai dishes are the perfect post-work indulgence without the guilt. Now, modern Thai concept My Tai Tai has unveiled a brand new semi-buffet dinner menu – and no doubt, it will have you choosing Thai every time.

    NEW SEMI-BUFFET DINNER MENU
    6pm-10:30pm, Mondays-Saturdays

    “Unlimited” and “buffet” are words we love to hear, especially in the context of our all-time favourite, Thai dishes. My Tai Tai’s newest dinner format answers all diners’ prayers, featuring an all-you-can-eat Thai appetiser and dessert buffet, as well as 1 main course of your choice from HK$288 to HK$388 per person. The appetiser buffet showcases a mouth-watering spread of Thai classics such as Traditional Thai Pomelo Salad, Minced Pork on Deep Fried Cracker and Seafood Salad with Lemongrass. While gorging on the varieties of appetiser dishes at the buffet, do not forget to leave some room for the main course to come. With 10 choices of delectable main dishes, options include Pla Mauk Naung Ma-Nao with Steamed Whole Squid with Lime, Garlic, Chili and Coriander; Kaeng Kua Talay Pattaya-style Curry Seafood with Pineapple and Roti, Signature Hainanese Chicken Fragrant Rice or Ka Noom Jeen Nam Ngeaw Chiang Mai-style Pork Noodle Soup with Vegetables, Crispy Pork Skin, Coriander and Shallot, among others.

    Hit up the buffet once again for free-flow offerings of Thailand’s famous desserts, such as Pandanus Layer Cake, Young Coconut Jelly, Taro Custard, Pumpkin with Egg Custard, Coconut Sago Pudding and more in the Siam-Style Dessert Station. Complete the meal with fresh fruits like pineapple, dragon -fruit, watermelon and papaya.

    Spearheading the My Tai Tai Kitchen is Executive Chef Amphon Phoomphookieo, previously of The Balcony in the highly esteemed members’ club, Aberdeen Marina Club. The native Thai chef uses premium Thai ingredients sourced from around the world, and presents authentic dishes executed with masterful techniques from his homeland. The new menu boasts a wide offering of Thai dishes, seen in the mouth-watering varieties of salads, curries, meats, seafood, rice, noodles and much more.
