    <4th May, 2017 – Hong Kong>> Nestled within The Landmark, Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour is an hidden speakeasy that indulges tapping into the whimsical side of life. Fashioned after the doctor’s favorite literature piece, ‘Alice In Wonderland,’ Dr. Fern unveils his inspiring Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Party. Based on his favourite character, the doctor has crafted his own Wonderland centered on gin. He hopes to share all of his herbal tea and organic coffee concoctions with his patients, similar to how the Mad Hatter did with his great obsession with tea.

    Launching on 14 May and just in time for Mother’s Day, Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour will introduce local foodies to its imaginative afternoon tea menu and interactive activities for the afternoon. Priced at HK498 for two guests, the afternoon tea experience includes a complimentary cup of coffee or pot of tea. Guests who prefer a stronger beverage can upgrade their drink to a Gin & Tonic for an additional HK$50. Only on Mother’s Day, each Mom who visits Dr. Fern for afternoon tea will receive a complimentary upgrade of a Gin & Tonic.

    Available each day from 2pm till 5pm, afternoon tea guests can enjoy savoury delights like The Tick Tock Roll, an imaginative take on the Boston lobster roll, and the Tweedle-Dee’s Treat, smoked salmon, organic dill and cream cheese on sourdough. With a host of sweet treats on the menu, guests are in for a decadent experience. The Eat Me Tart is a rich chocolate and raspberry tart with chocolate Ganache, raspberry jam and chocolate biscuit while the Queen of Tarts, a matcha green tea tart, is an indulgence unlike any other. Cake lovers will be inclined to sample the establishment’s delectable Cheshire Carrot Cake and Cheesy Rabbit Cake.

    As guests pay a visit to Dr. Fern’s Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea Party, they should keep in mind that just like Alice, they can eat and drink all the treats they would like because, well, “we’re all a little mad here.”⁠⁠⁠⁠
