Now, Linguini Fini is upping the ante withbrand new a la carte and weekend brunch menus by Executive Chef Vinny Lauria. In true Linguini Fini style, the menus feature a host of exciting surprises such as quirky Hong Kong influences, revamped classics and unbeatable deals.
NEW A LA CARTE MENU BY EXECUTIVE CHEF VINNY LAURIA
Linguini Fini will now offer a new a la carte menu crafted by Chef Vinny Lauria. Bringing back an old classic from 2011, the restaurant presents the Stracetti Di Manzo (HK$149) once again. This dish features roasted rare thin sliced beef with arugula, artichokes, gorgonzola and anchovy aioli. Another enticing dish is the Typhoon Shelter Crab Linguini Fini (HK$179) with classic linguini, crab, pickled chili, black bean and garlic-scallion gremolata. An extravaganza of seafood delights, the Seafood Linguini (HK$189) boasts a salted egg infused linguini, scallop, shrimp, calamari, clams, homemade lardo, roasted garlic, lemon and parsley. Inspired by one of Hong Kong’s most famous delicacies, the Char Siu Carbonara (HK$159) features black pepper infused spaghetti, onion, “char siu” pancetta, egg yolk, parm and chives. The Vinny’s Skillet Lasagna(HK$179) is a dynamic and delicious comfort food dish with nose to tail bolo, roasted garlic, herbed ricotta and homemade mozzarella. Two additional mouth-watering dishes that diners must try when visiting are the Pork & Shrimp Tortelloni (HK$189) with spicy tomato sauce and bottarga and the Tropic Thunder (HK$309), a pizza with mozzarella, porchetta and grilled pineapple.
NEW WEEKEND BRUNCH AT LINGUINI FINI
Brunch is all the hype these days and at Linguini Fini, you can enjoy the ultimate weekend brunch experience that tops it all. Served on weekends and public holidays from 12pm – 4pm, the new brunch makes rolling out of bed on weekends a breeze. For only HK$99, add the restaurant’s buffet to any order of pasta, 2 slices of daily pizza special, secondi or grilled pizza wrap. Feast on a host of scrumptious delights from the antipasti and fresh seafood buffet for an additional HK$199. Each weekend calls for a boozy brunch and at Linguini Fini, guests can sip on free-flow prosecco for the unbelievable price of HK$99. Prefer beer or Bloody Marys? No matter – the restaurant offers free-pour Peroni (HK$99) and a build-your-own Bloody Mary station (HK$99) just for you.
