Forever the host of extravagant restaurant collaborations and noted chefs from all over the world, Lily & Bloom has proven that its culinary ethos extends far beyond its American roots. In a thrilling announcement, Lily & Bloom has confirmed its next pop-up on 10-11 May with renowned Las Vegas-based Chef Khai Vu of District One Kitchen & Bar and Le Pho Vietnamese Kitchen. 

    For two nights only, guests dining & drinking at Lily & Bloom’s 6/F Cocktail Bar have the chance to enjoy a truly unique taste of Vietnam via delicious signatures by the highly lauded Chef Vu. Join us on a thrilling culinary meeting of cultures, as Chef Vu cooks up a storm alongside Lily & Bloom’s own Executive Chef Chris Grare.

    A skilled chef of over 18 years and a successful entrepreneur to boot, Chef Khai Vu has spearheaded the kitchens of his many Vietnamese ventures in the US with unbridled passion, including highly acclaimed restaurants Pho So 1, District Oneand Viet Noodle Le Pho among others. His impressive restaurant portfolio has received rave reviews from countless food critics and media alike, landing prominent features on news outlets such as FoodBeast.Com, HuffPost, Thrillist, Tastemadeand Las Vegas Food & Wine — the latter of which accurately wrote of the chef’s brazen cooking style: “Chef Khai knows no boundaries”.
