    <<18th August, 2017 – Hong Kong>> Following a successful restaurant opening in July, Fang Fang has already made waves as one of the hottest new opening in town with its exhilarating dinner offerings and contemporary vibe. Delighting patrons from day one, Executive Chef Kent Lee’s bold pan-Asian fare together with Bar Manager Gagan Gurung’s Asian-inspired cocktails have left memorable flavours on the palates of discerning guests.

    “Sin-Tok-Ho”: New Week-Day Lunch Offerings

    In line with its mouth-watering and attractively priced drinks and dishes, Fang Fang has now launched a new “Sin-Tok-Ho” Weekday Set Lunch Menu, an embodiment of delectable dishes that reflect a beautiful mix of cuisines from three Asian cities – Singapore (Sin), Tokyo (Tok) and Hong Kong (Ho). Every week-day from 1200pm to 230pm, guests can choose from three lunch sets: 1 course (HK$158), 2 courses (HK$198) and 3 courses (HK$218). The menu brims with choices, from meaty options to vegetarian dishes.

    Kick start the meal with a range of light and refreshing options, from the Mixed Green Salad with Truffle Dressing to the tasty Prawn and Pepper Soup.

    For Mains, the spectacular array of Asian-inspired dishes makes it hard to settle for just one. There is the classic and all-time favorite Singapore Style Chicken served with Ginger Rice, the flavourful and aromatic Char Kway Teow that flares with wok-hei and the Singapore Style Laksa that excites the taste buds. For a taste of modern Japanese fare, indulge in the Spicy Tuna Roll or Vegetarian Roll. Opting for flavour-packed picks? Go for the tender Steamed Chilean Seabass served with banana leaf rice or the Tender Pork Ribs that flakes right off the bone, served with jasmine rice.

    For dessert, guests will surely struggle between the Mango Sticky Rice and the range of Ice Cream and Sorbets that are all made in-house with neither food colouring nor preservatives. Coffee and Tea are included in all three sets.

    Top off this fine delicious lunch experience with a signature refreshing iced tea, curated by Bar Manager Gagan Gurung by adding HK$48 for a Yuzu Oolong Iced Tea, Lychee Cardamom Iced Tea or Green Apple Chrysanthemum Iced Tea.

    With the launch of this new Pan-Asian lunch offering, guests will be able to savour a delicious amalgamation of three prominent Asian cuisines prepared with finesse.
