When visiting one of Hong Kong’s favourite French Bistros in NoHo, guests are continually indulged with home-cooked dishes tinged with a gastro touch. 

    New Summer Menu by Executive Chef Petrous Moldovan

    With the blistering summer months descending on the city at a rapid pace, Executive Chef, Petrous Moldovan at Cocotte have prepared a host of fresh, light and healthy summer dishes. A scrumptious choice is the Poached King Crab Leg Served 2 Ways (HK$210) with whole pieces of crab leg garnished artfully with fresh avocado slices and chipotle sauce. Served with tomato water poured tableside and drizzled with fragrant avocado oil, this dish is an indulgent yet light treat. For a refreshing touch, the poached king crab leg is deliciously accompanied by a small bowl of crabmeat, cilantro and citrus salad, topped with an avocado espuma and a corn crunch. The Line Caught Halibut (HK$280) is a nourishing seafood dish with no carbs. The tantalizing dish features a cedar poached pavé served on a bed of green peas, fava beans, red pepper and fresh celery diamonds that have been poached on a light ginger beurre blanc. The whole Dover Sole (HK$300) is another delicious summer inspired dish accompanied by tourné chateau potatoes. Garnished with a small bouquet of Thai asparagus, the dish is paired with a healthy virgin sauce made of diced fresh tomatoes, spring onions, black olives, chives, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. For a mouthwatering sweet treat, the Crêpes Rhum Orange (HK$100) will have guests wanting more with homemade crêpes soaked in a caramelized orange-rhum sauce. For a fragrant touch, the crêpes are perfumed with vanilla and star anise. Topped with fresh oranges and finished with grenadine confit orange zest, the dessert is as beautiful as it is tasty.

    Guests dining at Cocotte on Monday lunch and dinner can also enjoy a 50% discount on wines and champagnes under HK$2000. For wines above HK$2000, guests are entitled to a 25% discount at both lunch and dinner.
