    <<6th April, 2018 – Hong Kong>> A city with foodies who actively pursue the next best Happy Hour, Hong Kong will be blessed this April with a new campaign that will indulge and delight. Gone are the days of ordinary mixes and sub-par wines during happy hour as Porterhouse will launch its brand new “Wine Moment” from 12 April onwards. A deal unlike any other found in the heart of Central, Wine Moment boasts quality wines that are reasonably priced.

    From 6pm till 8pm from Monday to Friday, Porterhouse will give happy hour goers an unforgettable experience with top quality, valuable wines that have been hand picked by the restaurant’s new General Manager and Sommelier, Peter-Paul Kleiss. The perfect moment to enjoy an outstanding collection of iconic wines from around the world, guests can be assured that all offerings possess premium tasting value. On the menu are eight different types of wines produced at different regions around the world, each crafted with different grape varieties. Showcasing a range of characteristics from light and refreshing to full-body, the wine offerings include bubbly, white and red. Priced at a range of HK$48 to HK$80 per glass and HK$240 to HK$380 per bottle, Porterhouse’s happy wine hour deal is truly one of a kind.  For a truly exceptional moment, enjoy three glasses of outstanding wines specially selected by Peter-Paul for HK$480. For guests who are not particularly in the mood for wine, additional beverage selections such as Peroni (HK$40), Aperol Spritz (HK$60) and the Porterhouse G&T (HK$80) are available.

    Pair your beverage with one of the restaurant’s Perfect Pinchos, crispy toast topped with delicious and fresh ingredients. Fans of seafood can sample the Cantabrian Smoked Sardine with butter and olives (HK$58) or the Poached Prawns with sour cream, chives and Szechuan pepper dust (HK$68). Another delightful pincho that is worth pairing with your wine is the Wagyu Beef with anchovy caviar, truffle sauce and capers (HK$68).
