<<22nd November, 2016 – Hong Kong>> NEO Cocktail Club, the quirky and hip sister of French restaurant, Cocotte, is known for its delicious food, fabulous cocktails, catchy beats and lively ambiance. With the brothers, Executive Chef Petrous Moldovan and General Manager Brice Moldovan leading the team, guests are in for a treat with the unique live entertainment features such as vintage Playboy pinball machines, retro foosball tables and classic arcade games that add to the overall charm of this vibrant cocktail bar.
In November, NEO introduces a host of new cocktails that are sure to entice guests. A romantic new offering is From Paris with Love, priced at HK$165 as it boasts a combination of Louis Roederer Brut Champagne, fresh strawberries, Cassis Noir de Bourgogne and Frangelico. Garnished with fresh strawberries, From Paris with Love is a delightful cocktail that sets the mood. The Chocolate Lawyer (HK$130), a tribute to Compass Box Great King Scotch, also includes chocolate, elderflower, fresh lemon, cream syrup, seltzer and Angostura bitters. For fans of Vodka, the Rosemary Jane (HK$110) is the perfect cocktail with rosemary infused Aylesbury Duck Vodka, Cucumber anise shrub, fresh lemon juice, Agave syrup and Regan’s orange bitters. Served with a delectable slice of candied orange, this cocktail is as delicious as it is beautiful. Christmas is on its way and NEO is already prepared with its X-Mas in July cocktail (HK$120) that combines Nusa Cana Tropical Rum, blackberry cinnamon Shrub, St-George spiced pear liquor, fresh lemon and maple.
Additional cocktails introduced in November are the Flight to Manhattan (HK$120) and Death to Chive & Cuke (HK$110). The former is concocted with Death Door Gin, cucumber water, chive reductive, fresh lemon and East Imperial Dry Tonic while the latter mixes sage infused Rebell Yell Rye Whisky, Bonal Gentiane Quina, Yellow Chartreuse, Reagan’s orange bitters and candied sage leaf. Each cocktail is presented exquisitely and creatively to highlight the cocktail’s characteristics and premium ingredients used.
