Special “FRIENDSgiving” Dinner on Sunday, 1st December

On Sunday, 1st December, four chefs and two mixologists from restaurants across Hong Kong will gather at Kinship to present a special “FRIENDSgiving” feast. For a night of delicious food and a guaranteed good time, head over to Kinship for an unforgettable Friendsgiving – priced at HK$488+10% per guest for food only, and HK$298+10% for an added free-flow drinks package.

On the night, Chef Steven Garza (Maximal Concepts) will cook up a storm of delicious Mexican family-style appetisers such as Pork Belly Tostada with ‘trimmings’ of winter kimchi, cranberry pico, sesame salsa macha and cilantro, as well as sides of smoked kabocha, chipotle yuzu marmalade puree, tequila-pickled red onion, Mexican togarashi and micro shiso. This is complemented by Komune’s Chef Lenny Nigro’s sumptuous turkey ragout tagliatelle with pumpkin and blood orange puree.

For mains, Kinship’s own Chef Chris Grare will serve up a traditional American delight of turkey roulade with leg confit, smoked parsnip and mulberry jus; while Chef Ferran Tadeo (La Rambla by Catalunya) will deliver a unique Spanish-inspired take on Thanksgiving with hearty slow-cooked Iberico lamb shoulder with foie and asparagus filling, and a beetroot merchant du vin. For dessert, guests will be treated to a “Peanut Butter & Jam” finale by Chef Simone McLean (JIA Group), a mouthwatering peanut butter mousse with peanut and feuilletine base, finished with boozy cherries, milk chocolate and candied peanuts.

Guests opting for the drinks package will be able to sip on limited edition cocktails all night long by mixologists Chanel Adams and John Nugent, themed after Thanksgiving’s warm fall flavours. Vagabond by Chanel Adams is a smoky high ball-style concoction of Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon, White Hair peony tea, Biotta Wild Mountain cranberry juice, lemon juice and a garnish of fresh peach slices and Japanese maple leaves; while John Nugent has created Pumpkin Sour, created with Wild Turkey 101, Cynar, pumpkin cordial, sour orange juice and a garnish of anise.
