    <<14th January 2020 – Hong Kong>> KINSHIP, the charming neighborhood restaurant co-venture by chef friends Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes, now introduces a new weekday lunch set and upgrades its current weekend brunch offering with new British-American favourites.

    Helming the kitchen is American-born chef Chris Grare, previously the celebrated Executive Chef of Lily & Bloom, and managing the front of house is British chef and co-founder Arron Rhodes, renowned for his past tenure as the Executive Chef of Gough’s on Gough. With a brotherhood spanning seven years, the two chefs developed their bond into their first restaurant brainchild, Kinship.

    Weekday Lunch at Kinship

    Starting at HK$198+10% for one-course, the new weekday lunch at Kinship is the perfect working day treat, located conveniently in the heart of SoHo. Guests may now enjoy one- to three-courses of New World cuisine-inspired choices of starter, main and dessert on Mondays-Fridays.

    Highlights include Beef Tataki with Okinawan citrus dressing, crunchy radish and mizuna, Parmesan & Cauliflower Risotto with fresh lemon, picked herbs and crispy shallots, Braised Australian Beef Cheeks with potato puree, honey-roasted carrots and red wine sauce, and Lemongrass Crème Brulee with Thai mango salad and puffed rice. Complement the meal with refreshing soft drinks such as Lemon Iced Tea (HK$48), Peach Fizz (HK$58) and Fresh Lime Soda (HK$48), or treat yourself to a boozier option with Chardonnay (HK$68), Asahi Beer (HK$48) or Gin & Tonic (HK$68).

    British x American Weekend Brunch at Kinship

    Priced at HK$388+10% per person with an additional HK$198 for optional free-flow, Kinship’s Best of Both World’s British-American weekend brunch menu has been revamped with EGGcellent new additions. On top of Kinship’s hearty brunch staples such as true Southern Biscuits & Gravy and Roast Sirloin of Beef styled after the British Sunday Roast, new weekend specials include BBQ Pork Benny (HK$168) with beurre noisette hollandaise and rocket salad, Smashed Avocado Toast (HK$128) with sunny side-up egg and crispy chickpeas, and Corned Beef Hash (HK$148) with “egg in the frame” and caramelized long chili. The free-flow package includes unlimited glasses of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cava, Asahi Beer and Gin & Tonics, and supplemental cocktails such as Kinship Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, Whisky Lemon Tea Smash and Espresso Martini may be added at an additional HK$78 each.
