    New Roasted Meats Takeaway Packs From Kinship

    Available now on the current roast meat takeaway menu are a choice of Okinawa Pork Loin, brined in a thyme and lemon brine for 24 hours then roasted, Whole Roasted French Chicken with homemade sage and onion gravy, and Lamb Shank, braised slowly with rosemary and tomato. Sides to complement the main roast include brussels sprout and ponzu, mashed potatoes, Asian cabbage slaw, and roasted seasonal vegetables. Finish the meal with a traditional American Strawberry Cheesecake, and a bottle of bubbles. Takeaway sets are priced at HK$998 for 4 people, and HK$1,880 for 6-8 guests.

    New American Pie Takeaway at Kinship

    Traced back in American history as early as 1851, there’s a reason why the saying goes “as American as apple pie”. The humble yet delicious pie is now available in eight different flavors at Smoke & Barrel, created with what makes an authentic American pie – pie dough made from the perfect formula of flour, salt, water, and fat.

    Kinship’s new pie takeaway menu features exclusive flavors such as Key Lime Pie with graham cracker crust, lime curd, whipped cream, and coconut crumble; Banana Cream Pie with vanilla pudding, caramelized banana, toasted peanut topping, and whipped cream; Strawberry Cheesecake with graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, and poached strawberries; S’mores Pie with chocolate pudding, torched marshmallow, and graham cracker topping; Peanut Butter Pie with chocolate crust, peanut butter mousse, and whipped cream; and Coconut & Caramel with coconut pudding, meringue, and toasted coconut.
