<<11th May 2020 – Hong Kong>> KINSHIP, the charming neighborhood restaurant co-venture by chef friends Chris Grare and Arron Rhodes, marks its first-year anniversary since opening in late May 2019. Together, Executive Chef Chris and Front of House Manager Arron have prepared a limited-time menu of signature and well-known guest favorites, a cumulation of their experiences leading world-class fine dining kitchens and travelling through Asia to discover New World flavors.
Kinship’s One Year Anniversary Menu is priced at HK$548+10% per person, and available through 4th – 6th June 2020 for dine-in guests only. Kinship’s classic sharing-style menu begins with homemade focaccia with garlic and chive aioli, complementing the next course of grass-fed Australian beef tartare. Enjoy a Southeast Asian twist on tartare with sides of Bali bean salad, roasted peanut sauce and fresh lime sambal. Burnt onion risotto has been on the Kinship menu since day one, a true crowd-pleaser featuring rich and creamy arborio rice topped with runny egg beignet.
Move onto hearty and fragrant spiced seafood stew, served with spätzle, charred lobster, black cod and authentic sofrito. One of Kinship’s newer dishes for this menu specially is the slow-braised beef wellington, sided with fried brussel sprouts. Finish the soul-warming meal with the ever-nostalgic Mr. Whippy Ice Cream just like from the carnival boardwalk, served with rhubarb, custard, and New Territories honeycomb.
