    JIA Group’s latest initiative since February 2020, JIA Everywhere, brings its acclaimed restaurants directly to you. The initiative, which offers a bundle of brand-new tailored private dining experiences such as customised delivery, catering sets, meal box delivery, “Chefs at Home” and more, aims to push the boundaries of conventional catering services, while continuing to deliver the best possible JIA Group restaurant experience.

     

    This summer, JIA Everywhere extends its offerings from land to sea, providing junk boat partygoers an exciting new gourmet experience on board. In addition to special fixed-price junk catering menus from selected restaurants, guests may also opt to order a la carte options from existing JIA Everywhere customized delivery / catering menus. On-site chefs and further staffing are available on request.

    JIA Everywhere: Junk Catering Packages

    Serving up the classic flavours of central Thailand, Mak Mak’s junk menu serves a minimum of 10 persons for HK$2,000, with an additional HK$200 per extra head. Summer favourites include the Larb Gai spicy minced chicken salad with Thai herbs and crispy wonton, Sa Tae Gai grilled chicken satay served with peanut sauce and cucumber, and Phad See Eaw stir-fried flat rice noodles with baby kale and sweet oyster sauce, among eight sharing plates.

     

    Meen & Rice offers up an elevated taste of Hong Kong, with a junk menu for 10 persons priced at HK$988, and for 20 persons priced at HK$2,588. Guests may opt to add an order of one whole suckling pig for a supplemental charge of HK$888. Classic Cantonese dishes to savour include Honey Pepper Fried Chicken Wings, Crispy Bean Curd with Spicy Pepper and Salt, Homemade Rice Noodle Rolls, Yangzhou-style Fried Rice and Homemade Crispy Dough Twist, among others.

     

    Modern Italian 208 Duecento Otto provides three junk menu options, including:

    1. Standard junk menu at HK$2000 for 10 people with an additional HK$200 per head
    2. Upgraded menu at HK$2,500 for 10 people with an additional HK$250 per head
    3. A feast of the senses for HK$3,000 for 10 people with an additional HK$300 per head.

     

    Rustic and authentic Italian delights served on board may include Salami Board with 18-months-aged Parma ham, Mortadella and Cotto ham; Meatballs in Spicy Tomato sauce; Mixed Seafood of prawns, mussels, clams, scallops and calamari; Chocolate Brownie with Espresso Caramel, and more.

     

    208 Duecento Otto also offers an elegant two-hour cocktail party package, which includes:

    1. A choice of 2 cold and 2 warm canapes (HK$160 pp)
    2. A choice of 3 cold, 2 warm and 1 sweet canape (HK$220 pp)
    3. A choice of 3 cold, 3 warm, 1 substantial and 1 sweet canape (HK$290 pp)
    4. A choice of 3 cold, 3 warm, 3 substantial and 2 sweet canapes (HK$350 pp)

     

    Perfect for a sundowner, choices of cold canapes may include Parmesan Nest with Poached Quail Egg and Candied Chilli Jam; Tuna Tataki with Crumbled Egg Yolk powder and Rich Beef Sauce; and Salted Cannoli Shell with Carbonara Filling, Dried Guanciale and Rosemary. Selections of warm canapes include Crepe Pockets filled with Mixed Roasted Vegetables, Cous Cous, Basil & Pine Nuts; Italian Chicken Skewer served with Homemade Paprika Mayonnaise; and Pan-fried Scallop wrapped with Guanciale, Fresh Herbs and Balsamic Vinegar Caviar. Larger and more substantial canapes include options of Deep-fried Calamari; Margherita Pizza Slice; Vegetable Tempura; and Parmesan Risotto with Cinnamon, Vegetable Gremolata and Pork Ragu. Finally, indulge on an array of sweet canapes including Vanilla Panna Cotta with Poached Mixed Berries; Fresh Fruit Tartlets with Crème Anglaise; and Classic Italian Tiramisu.

    JIA Everywhere junk catering requires 3 days advance order and payment. Currently, all delivery fees within Hong Kong Island are waived.
