<<8th July, 2021 – Hong Kong>> Holt’s Café at Rosewood Hong Kong unveils new three-course weekday set lunch and dinner menus that are refresh weekly according to seasonality and availability of ingredients. With menus designed with a curated selection of crowd-favourite signature dishes, guests will experience the best of Holt’s Café within a value set menu priced at HKD328 per person for lunch and HKD428 for dinner.
New Weekday 3-Course Set Dinner Menu
The new weekday Holt’s Café Set Dinner Menu features an appetiser, main and dessert, all inspired by international cuisines. The set menu begins with appetiser choices including Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, pesto and Taggiasca Italian Olives; Salmon Gravlax with Melba toast, chili and fine herbs; Mushroom Soup with Yunnan mushrooms, croutons and fresh cream; and a classic Hong Kong favourite, Hot & Sour Seafood Soup.
The main course includes a selection of hearty and satisfying dish options, such as Mushroom Linguine with Italian parsley, Parmesan and black truffle; signature Holt’s Wagyu Cheeseburger with butcher’s bacon, lettuce and tomatoes; and crowd favourite, Baked Tomato Iberico Pork Fried Rice. For an additional HKD190, guests can share a grand, 16oz. Bone-in Argentinian Rib Eye steak between two people, served to the preferred degree of doneness, along with roast garlic, fries, bearnaise sauce and mashed potatoes.
For dessert, sweet cravings are satisfied with either a delicate signature Vanilla Mille Feuille from The Butterfly Room or Hong Kong style Mango Pudding. The dining experience can be elevated by adding on two glasses of sommelier-selected paired wines for an additional HKD138 per guest.
New Weekday 3-Course Set Lunch Menu
Featuring choices of appetiser, main course, dessert and tea or coffee, Holt’s Café’s new Set Lunch serves as a weekday power lunch or a much-needed boost during the workday.
The kick-off Set Lunch menu includes appetiser choices such as hearty Parmentier Soup with leek, potatoes and brioche croutons; a nourishing Winter Melon Soup with crab meat; refreshing Nicoise Salad with tuna, coddled egg and French beans; and for protein lovers, Cantonese favourite Soy Sauce Chicken with ginger scallion sauce.
Main courses include choices of Fish Burger with tartare sauce and fries; Seafood Fried Red Wild Rice with scallops, shrimps and egg white; Potato Gnocchi with basil, cherry tomato sauce and red cow Parmesan; and Three Shreds Fried Flat Noodles with shredded chicken, roasted duck, BBQ pork and sesame.
The lunch is finished on a sweet note with dessert options of either Bread & Butter Pudding with vanilla sauce or Chinese-style Taro Sago Soup.
