Bibi & Baba Celebrates Malaysia National Day from 16th – 19th September
From 16th September till 19th September 2021, Bibi & Baba celebrates Malaysia National Day (officially on 16th September) with limited-time specials: Malaysia’s national dish of Nasi Lemak, and Fruit Cup Pimms Spritz by the pitcher. With roots in Malay culture and cuisine, Nasi Lemak in Malay literally means fatty rice – taken, in this context, to mean “rich” or “creamy”. The most traditional version of Nasi Lemak consists of fragrant rice that is cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, served with sambal, ikan bilis (anchovies), peanuts and boiled egg.
Bibi & Baba will serve this beloved Malay national dish, designed to share among four people, during lunch and dinner from 16th – 19th September. Wash it all down with refreshing sips of Fruit Cup Pimms Spritz, also available by the pitcher (HK$130). Savour Nasi Lemak on its own (HK$560) or as a valued combo with a pitcher of Fruit Cup Pimms Spritz, priced together at HK$660.
