    (Hong Kong – 5th October, 2018) – This Thanksgiving, Jamie’s Italian will celebrate America’s most beloved annual holiday with the launch of two festive menus by Head Development Chef, Atisha Kumar. Make your way to either Jamie’s Italian Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui between 12-25 November, and experience an upgraded American Thanksgiving feast that includes hallmark seasonal favorites based on tried and tested recipes by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. All new Thanksgiving menus feature a 100% American-blooded turkey raised gluten-free and sans-hormones on American farms, providing the finest organic bird on the market for your holiday meal.

    Thanksgiving Individual Set Lunch & Dinner Menu

    Following the strict ethos of sustainability heeded by all Jamie Oliver establishments, Jamie’s Italian Hong Kong welcomes guests to treat their loved ones to dishes crafted with fresh organic ingredients sourced from trusted producers.

    At Jamie’s Italian, the team recognizes that people often celebrate Thanksgiving with an intimate party of loved ones and a whole turkey may not be necessary. This year, 3-course Thanksgiving set menus by Chef Atisha are priced at HK$198+10% per person for lunch and HK$228+10% per person for dinner. Look forward to sumptuous fall creations including a starter of Tomato Bruschetta with sweet, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta, basil and ciabatta, and mains such as Roasted Pumpkin Panzerotti stuffed with herby ricotta and pumpkin with a buttery sage sauce. The Turkey Plate is best suited for intimate Thanksgiving dinners, featuring a comfortable portion of sliced roast turkey with glazed carrots, potato gratin, stuffing and gravy. The chef’s recommendation for dessert is the Pumpkin & Pecan Crumble, the ultimate fall sweet, made with pumpkin & cardamom pie, a crunchy topping of pecans and oats served with hokey-pokey ice cream.

    Thanksgiving Family-style Lunch & Dinner Menu

    For those going all out for a true American Thanksgiving, a whole, hearty 6kg turkey is in the cards for dinner. Served in the traditional sharing style, all eight dishes on the menu can be enjoyed together as a set (HK$1,950+10%) or individually as a la carte options. The menu takes celebrating guests through Jamie’s favorite autumn eats, including the Festive Meat Plank (HK$108) with its colorful assortment of selected cold cuts, Fish in a Bag (HK$228) created with the catch of the day, mussels, fennel, chilli, anchovies and cracked wheat topped with fiery arrabbiata sauce, and the highly anticipated whole Roasted Turkey (HK$1,500) with all-American trimmings. The organic turkey is served classically whole, roasted to perfection after being marinated overnight with herbs & spices. Boasting a golden skin and juicy meat, the turkey is served with traditional homemade cranberry sauce and gravy.

    Priced at HK$1,950+10% for the group dine-in set and HK$1,700 for takeaway (excluding the Fish in a Bag) at both Causeway Bay and TST locations, Thanksgiving can be celebrated in the restaurant’s festive ambiance or within the comforts of home. Five days advanced notice is required for all whole turkey orders so the team encourages you to place your order soon!
