    <<7th February, 2018 – Hong Kong>> A sacred weekend ritual that has stood the test of time, brunch is every Hong Konger’s favourite indulgence after a long working week. Following its recent restaurant revamp this past October, Porterhouse unveils a new Weekend Brunch menu by Executive Chef Angelo Vecchio.

    The new weekend brunch buffet format promises a decadent affair for groups of friends and families, as the menu (priced at HK$398 + 10% per guest) comes armed with an all-encompassing antipasti buffet, carving station, seafood station and a dessert station. Guests have the choice of adding supplemental mains served fresh to the table, as well as family sharing dishes featuring 34-40oz portions of Porterhouse’s signature steaks.

    In addition, 2 fantastic free-flow drinks package, “Fabulous Flow” includes unlimited prosecco, red & white wine, beer, 2 types of cocktails at HK$150 for 2 hours and HK$250 until 330pm. “Fantastic Flow” includes champagne, red and white wine, beer and 4 types of cocktails including Porterhouse Mary & barrel-aged Negroni for HK$280 for 2 hours and HK$480 until 330pm.

    New Weekend Brunch Buffet by Chef Angelo Vecchio

    True to his southern Italian roots, Chef Angelo Vecchio introduces nostalgic bites to the new Antipasti Buffet. With more than ten different types of antipasti to pile plates with, guests will love the Italian Cold-Cuts and Raclette Cheese. Carnivores will flock to the generous offerings of the Carving Station, which presents succulent Roast French Chicken, delightfully crispy-skinned Spanish Iberico Suckling Pig, Grilled Sausages, and the star of the show, a Rangers Valley Wagyu Rib-Eye Roast Beef. At the Seafood Station, guests can slurp their fill of six types of internationally-sourced seafood including juicy, French Oysters, Australian Lobster, Norwegian King Crab and more. The Dessert Station is fully stocked with nine types of classic crowd favourites, including 6 types of seasonal cheeses, Macarons, Ice Creams, Cheesecake and the ultimate treat, the elegant Chocolate Fountain.

    For fans of a more traditional brunch dishes, additional main courses are available at a supplemental price. For an extra +HK$68 per dish, opt for the chef’s delectable French Toast with caramelised banana, maple syrup, smoked bacon; Eggs Royale with toasted grain sourdough, hollandaise, smoked salmon; Pancake Stack with whipped cream, berries, maple syrup and vanilla ice-cream, and more.

    For dishes on the heartier side, “Popular Porterhouse’s Picks” include the signature Porterhouse Beef Burger with guacamole, fried onion, smoked cheddar and brioche; 8oz Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet with sautéed spinach, capers, parsley, shallots, and lemon butter sauce; and more. All are priced at HK$118 per dish.

    Family-style portions of 34oz Black Angus Porterhouse and 34oz Tomahawk with a side of fries and a choice of sauce are available at HK$1,288 and HK$1,538, respectively.

    Weekend Brunch at Porterhouse is served from 1130am – 330pm every Saturday and Sunday only.
