    About The Kitchen

1 Michelin-starred The Kitchen is a modern steakhouse that is not only renowned for serving the world’s finest selection of premium meats, but also for its fresh-from-the-tank seafood.  It is the only steakhouse in Macau to feature a live fish tank, a Japanese sushi bar and an impressive salad bar featuring an array of healthy, organic offerings.

Masterfully designed by a renowned Hong Kong designer, The Kitchen is warm and inviting, where guests can enjoy magnificent views of Macau or watch as chefs prepare their dishes over the flaming ovens in the show kitchen or at the sushi bar. As the doors slide open for a dramatic entry into The Kitchen, guests will encounter a golden bull which also serves as a cocktail bar, and a “wine wall” full of award-winning labels from around the world. Just beyond the wines, guests will discover a sumptuous salad bar along a long corridor that leads to the main dining room. The dining area features masculine, muted brown colours, with floor-to-ceiling windows which allow for abundant natural light to flow into The Kitchen. The playful ceiling is artistically designed with Ts and Ks inspired by the restaurant’s name.
