Every Friday night at Michelin 1-star The Kitchen, guests will be able to savour a dinner menu overflowing with sweet and succulent lobster from the waters surrounding Maine, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

Starting at the salad bar, guests may opt for raw and pre-cooked lobsters to complement their starters. The Kitchen’s team of chefs will prepare a selection of appetisers served to the table, including a delicious Lobster Sushi Roll, a Lobster Bisque baked with a crispy puff pastry topping, and warm homemade bread straight from the oven.

Cooked to the distinctive taste of each guest, lobster mains on offer include Grilled Boston Lobster, Lobster Thermidor and Baked Boston Lobster with Garlic Butter. The decadent lobster feast concludes with a sweet dessert surprise by Grand Lisboa’s Executive Pastry Chef, Norihito Muranaka.

The five-course “Lobster Night” menu is priced at MOP 980+10% per adult and MOP 490+10% per child (12 years old and below). If you wish to pair the dishes with Magnum wines, the wine sommelier will be happy to recommend the best pairings for you.

    About The Kitchen

1 Michelin-starred The Kitchen is a modern steakhouse that is not only renowned for serving the world’s finest selection of premium meats, but also for its fresh-from-the-tank seafood.  It is the only steakhouse in Macau to feature a live fish tank, a Japanese sushi bar and an impressive salad bar featuring an array of healthy, organic offerings.

Masterfully designed by a renowned Hong Kong designer, The Kitchen is warm and inviting, where guests can enjoy magnificent views of Macau or watch as chefs prepare their dishes over the flaming ovens in the show kitchen or at the sushi bar. As the doors slide open for a dramatic entry into The Kitchen, guests will encounter a golden bull which also serves as a cocktail bar, and a “wine wall” full of award-winning labels from around the world. Just beyond the wines, guests will discover a sumptuous salad bar along a long corridor that leads to the main dining room. The dining area features masculine, muted brown colours, with floor-to-ceiling windows which allow for abundant natural light to flow into The Kitchen. The playful ceiling is artistically designed with Ts and Ks inspired by the restaurant’s name.
