Duddell’s ‘80’s Hong Kong Dim Sum Nights: New Dim Sum Additions

Featuring an array of Duddell’s newly created and signature dim-sum items from the menu, the all-you-can-eat menu pays homage to the golden decade of 1980’s Hong Kong. At Duddell’s ‘80’s Dim Sum Nights, long-forgotten traditional dim sum and Hong Kong street-food, pan-fry trolleys and hand-woven bamboo baskets make a comeback, along with a convivial atmosphere that completes the all-you-can-eat experience.

The menu is comprised of handcrafted old-school classics such as Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo shoots, Teochew-style dumpling with peanut, Spareribs with X.O sauce, Traditional Saucy Chicken Feet, and more. Eat your way through baked and fried delights such as Baked BBQ pork bun, Classic egg tart, or old Hong Kong traditional street food snacks such as Imitation Shark Fin Soup and The Curry Trio featuring Chinese radish, squid and fish ball in curry sauce. Desserts include nostalgic sweets such as White Sugar Pudding, Sweet Sesame Roll and more.

New additions to the all-you-can-eat ‘80’s dim sum menu include Duddell’s signature pork and shrimp dumpling, juicy beef dumpling with lard, minced beef ball with bean curd skin, steamed bean curd sheet roll filled with collagen-rich duck feet and taro, and shrimp spring roll with garlic. New desserts include the Chinese traditional sweet soup of green mung bean with fried seaweed, and the beloved coconut milk pudding with red bean.

On top of all-you-can-eat dim sum, guests have the option of adding on a free-flow drinks package for +HK$148 per person. This includes two hours of unlimited house wines, selected spirits, soft drinks and house beer.
