    Even without the temptation of the lucky red packet prizes, Jinjuu’s Tong Dak Whole Korean Fried Chicken is a dish that entices with a unique batter of matzo meal and Vodka. From beginning to end, Jinjuu’s skillful chefs meticulously prepare each serving of fried chicken through a painstaking process that includes extremely high pressure and temperature. The result is beautifully prepared Australian, free-range fried chicken that is crispy and golden brown on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside.
