<<5th September, 2018  Hong Kong>> Frank and the Foxglove team are thrilled to announce that global jazz legends and his oldest friends, Bloodest Saxophone will be back to take the stage at Foxglove starting Friday, 28 September. Formed in 1998, Bloodest Saxophone is the sextet of Japanese jazz stars from Tokyo who rose to fame by playing “jazz with attitude” – a unique blend of bebop and swing. Having collaborated with some of Japan’s top artists such as hip hop group M-Flo, Bloodest Saxophone released multiple albums to high critical acclaim.

On Friday, 28 September – Saturday, 29 September, Bloodest Saxophone will serenade partygoers with funky bebop tunes, taking them straight to the beating heart of the eclectic Japanese capital. Guests will also be treated to a special show on the 28th at the 9:45pm show featuring singing sensation Janaia Farrell. With over 21 years in the industry, Janaia has toured across the globe performing in award-winning musicals such as HairSpray, Chicago and more. Experienced in Soul, Jazz, RnB, Funk, Musical Theatre, Top 40/Dance, Opera, Reggae Tone and recently 70’s Hard Rock, Janaia is the perfect chameleon.
