    This March, look forward to a new Jamie’s Italian Hong Kong experience led by the capable and talented new Group Executive Chef Felipe Lopez and new Bar Manager Christian Capinpin.

    A graduate of California’s renowned Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena, Chef Felipe kick started his career as lead cook at Pasadena’s beloved Central Park. He has honed his culinary skills at famous establishments around the United States and Hong Kong, The Crepe Vine Bistro, B&B Ristorante of The Venetian, Carnevino Las Vegas and Carbone Hong Kong to name a few. With a new chapter of his career at Jamie’s Italian, Chef Felipe will continue to indulge guests with dishes that are ingenious interpretations of Chef Jamie’s award-winning recipes.

    A local Hong Konger who fluently speaks three languages, Christian rose in ranks by working at and leading the teams of some of Hong Kong’s most celebrated bars. Over the years, he has made a name for himself at establishments like The Keg, Socialito and Lily & Bloom. Now, as Bar Manager of Jamie’s Italian, Christian will continue to showcase his impressive mixing and garnishing skills by serving creative drinks.

    Elevated Menu and Offerings at Jamie’s Italian Hong Kong and Taiwan

    An already outstanding restaurant with dishes that have guests coming back for more, Jamie’s Italian will introduce further improvement that will strengthen the brand’s presence in Hong Kong.

    To enhance the restaurant’s wide variety of culinary offerings, Chef Felipe has crafted an addition of 11 exciting new dishes and four decadent desserts to the a-la-carte menu. Starters like the Spicy Italian Meatballs (HK$128) and Octopus Salad(HK$118) are made with simple, fresh everyday ingredients. For a taste of Italy, indulge in fresh pastas made daily at the restaurant, such as the Sausage Ravioli (HK$188), Oxtail Lasagne ($168) and Lobster Risotto (HK$228). With two new selections of hand-crafted pizzas, The Tuscan (HK$168), The Carbonara (HK$168), Jamie’s Italian will further strengthen its position as a restaurant that serves authentic classic Italian favorites. For dessert, indulge your sweet tooth and sample new offerings like the Mighty Mess Sundae (HK$98) and the Baked Vanilla Cheesecake (HK$88).

    Dining with a group? At Jamie’s Italian, there are new large sized sharing dishes that will have you and your party bursting at the seams. Enjoy generous servings of dishes like the French Trimmed Rack of Lamb with dauphinoise potatoes (HK$488) and the Grilled Tomahawk Steak with fresh tomatoes, parsley, olive, capers salsa (HK$588).

    Concocted by Christian, a mixology mastermind, the new cocktails offered by Jamie’s Italian are both thirst quenching and delicious.

    Happy Hour Just Got Even Happier

    A favourite among local city dwellers, happy hour is the perfect time to relax, have a few drinks and catch up with friends. At the new and elevated Jamie’s Italian, Happy Hour will be an anticipated affair with amazing deals on drinks and snacks every Monday till Sunday from 6 till 9pm. A deal that cannot get any better, the restaurant brings you a variety of cocktails, mocktails, beers and wines at the price of HK$10 from 6 till 7pm, HK$20 from 7 till 8pm and $30 from 8 till 9pm. Options like the Oops I Fizzed with gin, sparkling wine and lemon or the Ginger Mojito with fresh mint & lime, ginger and soda, are thirst-quenching delights. For the full Happy Hour experience, pair your concoction with some small bites or sharing platters like the Chilli Fries (HK$50), Tasting Plank (HK$180) and Mini Burgers with Skinny Fries (HK$98).
